Noble Woodrow Silkwood and his Purple Heart

   My dad Noble Woodrow Silkwood worked in a CCC camp but I just now found out there was a camp near here, in Bardley! I would guess he was at this camp but don't know. Wow, this is mind boggling!

   Amazingly he later survived WWII although he carried a piece of shrapnel a quarter inch from his heart to his grave.
